I ordered the light after checking out the description, it showed up just like they said it would. The size, finish, and overall look matched the photos really well. No weird surprises or guessing games, which I definitely appreciated.

I usually assume rain and wind will start messing outdoor stuff up quickly, but this has been totally fine. It’s gone through a few storms now and still looks and works great

All the mounting hardware was included, so I didn’t have to run out for extra parts. Because of that, it went up easily and worked out fine.

The finish was close, and the color matched just about right. I was like, okay, nice, that actually worked out better than I expected. Then again, wow, I get weirdly picky about this stuff.

This light feels really well made!! It’s got a nice heavy metal feel to it, and the finish looks clean and polished too. Super happy with it!

My barn light arrived with a little dent in the shade, which I’m guessing happened during shipping. You know how boxes get tossed around sometimes — porches, trucks, warehouses, all that stuff. It wasn’t destroyed or anything, just noticeable enough that I figured I should reach out.
I emailed Steel Lighting Co with a few pictures, like one close-up, one from farther back, and one of the box, and they responded really quickly. They didn’t make it weird or difficult, no long back-and-forth, no blaming the carrier, no asking me to jump through a bunch of hoops. They just sent out the replacement part and kept me updated along the way.
things happen with deliveries, whether it’s a dented light, a scratched panel, a bent shade, whatever. I’m not upset because they handled it the way you hope a company would. The light looks great now, the whole thing was easy, and I’d definitely give them 5 stars.

I ordered a light from Steel Lighting, and overall the install went smoother than I expected. Everything was packed well, and all the parts were there, which was the main thing I was watching for when I opened the box.

The instructions had one spot where you kind of had to read between the lines, but after staring at it for a couple minutes, it made sense. It took less time than I planned for, looks really nice once it’s up, and I’d buy from them again.

I was a little worried this might end up looking way too big, but it’s actually just right!!! The proportions look really nice over our garage and it fits the space perfectly. Definitely not one of those tiny lights that looks bigger online than it is in real life!!! Really happy with how it turned out once installed!!!

I ordered the wrong size light from Steel Lighting Co, because who doesn’t love creating extra errands for themselves? Thankfully, the return instructions were straightforward, and customer service got back to me faster than I expected.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the exchange took a bit longer than I’d hoped. Not exactly instant magic, sadly, but it all worked out in the end, and the new light looks great.

i mean, the light looks really nice, and I was glad my regular LED bulbs fit without any problem. I did have to double-check the socket size first, which took a minute, but everything worked fine after that. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the info had been a little clearer.

The light itself looks good once it’s up, and it does adjust like it’s supposed to. It just took me longer than I expected to get the angle right because the fixture feels stiff when you move it. Part of me wonders if they made it that way so it holds position better, but it does make little tweaks after install kind of annoying. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it moved a bit more smoothly.

I had a question about my order and, i assumed it might take a while like it usually does with customer support, but they replied fast. The answer could’ve been a little clearer in a couple places, but overall they were helpful and got me pointed in the right direction

I really like the design of this. It has a super clean, simple look and fits nicely with the rest of my kitchen. I do wish it felt just a tiny bit more premium, but that’s being picky because it still looks great overall

I ordered a barn light and was a little suspicious it wouldn’t look as good in person as it did online, but it actually showed up looking just like I expected. The install was easy enough, and it feels solid once it’s up. I kept waiting to find some catch or cheap part, but so far it’s been great. I’d buy it again.

I did eventually get the issue resolved, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took longer than I expected, and the waiting around was frustrating. Support did sort it out in the end, but the whole experience left me a bit annoyed.

I put this on the porch, and it’s been just right. It gives off a nice amount of light, bright enough to see clearly, but not so harsh that it feels glaring.
